Booking & tickets
How do I book Qwerky Drag Brunch?
You can book through our website or via one of our approved ticketing partners. Choose your date, select your package, enter your guest details and complete your booking online.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes the package details listed at the time of booking. All Qwerky Drag Brunch packages include food, live drag-hosted entertainment, a 2.5 hour brunch event and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks. Drink options vary depending on the package you choose.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Qwerky Drag Brunch is perfect for birthdays, hen parties, stag parties, work socials and group days out. We recommend booking together under one booking where possible so we can plan your table arrangements properly. Groups of 20 or more booking on our website get one place free: the organiser goes free!
We’re a big group (31+). Can we book online?
Yes! Our Big parties page gives you a price straight away, for one of our regular brunches or your own private party. A £10 a person deposit secures it, the organiser goes free, and work parties can pay by invoice: www.qwerkyevents.com/big-parties.
Can I add more people to my booking?
Usually, yes, subject to availability. If you booked on our website, use the “Manage my booking” link in your ticket email to add guests and pay for them, until we send the final numbers to the venue (the Thursday before a weekend brunch). Otherwise, email bookings@qwerkyevents.com with your event date, booking name and how many extra spaces you need.
Can I change our guest names, food choices or allergies?
Yes. If you booked on our website, use the “Manage my booking” link in your ticket email to add everyone’s names, change your food choices and tell us about allergies, until we send the final numbers to the venue (the Thursday before a weekend brunch). After that, email bookings@qwerkyevents.com and always tell staff about allergies on the day.
Can I change the date of my booking?
If you booked on our website, you can move to another date with space on your “Manage my booking” page, up to 30 days before your brunch. If the new date costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference isn’t refunded. Within 30 days of your brunch, email bookings@qwerkyevents.com and we’ll help if we can.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, but please contact us first. Name changes and ticket transfers must be approved by Qwerky Events before the event, so we can update the guest list and avoid issues on arrival.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets can be refunded if you ask at least 30 days before the event: email bookings@qwerkyevents.com, or use the refund request on the site you booked through. Deposits are non-refundable. Within 30 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable except where required by law, but we may be able to offer a name change, transfer or credit note at Qwerky’s discretion, subject to availability and approval.
What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is postponed, your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. If Qwerky Events cancels an event in full and does not offer a rescheduled date or suitable alternative, affected ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket face value, except for any non-refundable third-party fees where lawful.
