How long is the hire?
Prices are for one day: we deliver before your event and collect afterwards (or you collect and return). Need it for longer? Add an end date on the booking form: each extra day is just 50% of the first day’s price, so a £150 hire is £225 for 2 days. Up to 14 days can be booked online.
How does delivery work?
Delivery and set-up is free within 20 miles of Brighton, then £1.00 a mile after that. Enter your postcode on the form to see the exact price. We’ll message you before your date to agree times.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes, 5% of the hire and delivery, to cover card and admin costs. It’s shown next to every price and as its own line before you pay.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, a short hire agreement. You read it and sign it on the booking form by typing your name, and we email you a copy.
What if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen! If something is damaged or goes missing, we’ll tell you what it costs to fix or replace, with photos, and charge it to the card you paid with, as the hire agreement explains.
Can I cancel?
Yes. How much you get back depends on how close to your date you cancel. The details are in the hire agreement on the booking form.
