Questions
Gift voucher FAQs
How does the gift voucher work?
You choose an amount and we email a voucher with a code. They pick any date on our website, choose their tickets, and type the code in the “Discount code or gift voucher” box. It takes the amount off the total, booking fee included.
What if their booking costs less than the voucher?
Whatever’s left stays on the code for next time, until the voucher runs out.
What if it costs more?
The voucher pays what it can and they pay the rest by card.
How long does a voucher last?
12 months from the day you buy it. The last day is printed on the voucher.
Can I send it on their birthday?
Yes. Choose “Email it to them” and pick the day. It arrives that morning, and you get a receipt straight away. Or choose “Send it to me” to print it out or forward it yourself.
Can it be used on Eventbrite or for hire?
Gift vouchers are for bookings on our own website only, for any of our brunches and events.
Changed your mind?
Email us within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund a voucher that hasn’t been used.
