75 Mr and Mrs Questions for a Hen Party: Sweet, Cheeky and Rude

The Mr and Mrs game is a hen party classic for a reason. It's easy to set up, everyone can join in, and it always ends with the bride saying "THEY SAID WHAT?!"

Here are 75 questions in three rounds, from sweet to properly rude, plus how to play. They work just as well for any couple: Mr and Mr, Mrs and Mrs, or whatever suits.

How to play the Mr and Mrs game

1. Before the hen, someone sends the questions to the bride's partner. They answer in writing, or better still, film themselves answering on their phone.
2. On the day, sit the bride down and read each question out. She guesses what her partner said.
3. Reveal the real answer, or play the video clip.
4. Every wrong answer earns a forfeit: a sip, a dare, or an embarrassing story. You decide.
5. Keep score if you like. Ten out of 15 or more means she knows them well. Fewer than five, and someone has some explaining to do.

Tip: pick around 15 questions, with five from each round. Any more and the game drags on.

Round 1: the sweet round (25 questions)

Check the room before you start this one. Mums, grans and the boss might want to sit it out.
